Applecare Services Agreement

This agreement governs the use of Apple`s services («Services») that allow you to purchase, obtain, license, rent or subscribe content, applications (as defined below) and other in-app services (together «Contents»). Content can be offered through apple or third-party services. Our services are available in your country or region of residence («country of origin»). By creating an account for the use of services in a given country or territory, you indicate it as your country of origin. To use our services, you will need compatible hardware, software (last recommended and sometimes necessary version) and internet (fees may be charged). These factors can affect the performance of our services. Some services and repairs are covered by AppleCare plans. Check the terms and conditions of some plans to see which support services can be included in your Apple products. Apps may offer content, services or features for use within these apps («In-app purchases»).

In-app purchases consumed while using the app (p.B virtual gems) cannot be transferred between devices and can only be downloaded once. You need to authenticate your account before making in-app purchases — separate from any authentication to get other content — by typing your password or using Touch ID or Face ID. You can make additional in-app purchases for 15 minutes without re-authenticating, unless you`ve asked us to request a password for each purchase or have enabled Touch ID or Face ID. You can disable the ability to make in-app purchases by following the following instructions: support.apple.com/HT201304. — Third-party applications: www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/appstorenotices/ app licenses will be provided to you by Apple or a third-party provider («app provider»). If you are a customer of Apple Distribution International Ltd. is the reseller of Record Apple Distribution International Ltd., which means that you purchase the license from Apple Distribution International Ltd. but the application is licensed by the application provider. An Apple-licensed application is an «Apple App,» an app licensed by an app provider is a «third-party app.» Apple acts as an agent for app providers when making the App Store available and is not a party to the sales contract or usage agreement between you and the app provider.

Every application you purchase is subject to the end-of-the-year license license agreement («standard JAMBIE» below), unless Apple or the app provider offers a custom licensing agreement («Custom EULA»).
