Transactional Cloud Services Agreement

The CSA and all documents included therein or referred to herein represent the entire agreement between you and Unify with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements between you and Unify regarding such subject matter, whether in writing or orally. The CFS can only be amended in writing. The same applies to the renunciation of the trainer`s request. 1.2. «Customer Personal Data» means personal data that is put online in the Products or that is made available to AVEVA or its representatives after delivery of Products in accordance with a valid license or any other agreement with the Customer. 2.1. This addition to the data processing only applies to the extent that data protection legislation applies to the products and services provided in accordance with the agreement. Insofar as data protection legislation is applicable, this addition is an integral part of the agreement and is included there in the terms of the agreement. 2.8. The customer agrees that AVEVA may appoint third parties processors of personal data within the framework of this agreement. AVEVA confirms that it has entered into or will enter into a written agreement with the third-party processor with conditions substantially similar to those set out in this processing addendum. 1.1. The following terms used in this Agreement have the meaning defined below or otherwise in this Agreement: «Addendum» means two or more Addendums. «Addendum» means one of the following: Cloud Services Addendum and Data Processing Addendum (if applicable). «Customer Content» means any software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photos, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, as well as other content and materials in any formats provided by the Customer, any of the Customer`s users or on behalf of the Customer, which are stored in the Products or exported to or through the Products. . . .
